1. Parties and scope of services
This service is provided by Embodied Living LLC under the InnerMove brand. The coach is Tina Yeung. Services are for adults age 18 and older and are provided one-to-one online or in person when mutually agreed. Coaching uses listening, questions, reflection and exploration of action to support self-awareness, values clarification, and life and career transitions. Session length, number of sessions and fees are those selected by the client and confirmed by both parties in writing.
2. Informed consent and professional boundaries
Life Coaching is educational and developmental support. It is not psychotherapy, medical care, diagnosis or crisis intervention, and it does not replace legal, financial or other professional advice. The coach does not guarantee a particular result. You retain the right to make your own decisions and choose your actions. You may decline any question or exercise. If you feel uncomfortable, you may pause or end a conversation at any time and say how you would like to adjust the process.
3. Confidentiality and its limits
The coach will keep confidential your identity, conversation content, questionnaire responses, notes and communications. They will not be used for teaching, supervision, peer learning, promotion or case sharing. If such use is ever proposed, your separate written permission will be obtained in advance. Confidentiality may be limited when disclosure is legally required, a valid legal process requires it, or action is legally necessary to address a serious and imminent risk to someone's safety. Where legally permitted and practicable, you will be told in advance, and only necessary information will be disclosed. Necessary information may include identifying details; anonymity cannot be guaranteed for every disclosure.
4. Online communication and record retention
Scheduling, payment, video and email services may be provided by third-party platforms and are subject to their privacy policies. Online transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure. Neither party will record audio or video, use automated transcription or use AI meeting notes without the other party's separate, express consent. For service administration and necessary compliance, scheduling information, signed agreements, necessary notes and communications are retained for five years after services end. Records may be kept longer when required by law or while a dispute remains unresolved. Access is limited to authorized people who need the information to provide the service. You may contact the coach to request access, correction or deletion, except where information must be retained by law.
5. Scheduling, payment, changes and ending services
The initial 15-minute discovery call is free. Before paid services begin, the fee, payment method, rescheduling, cancellation, refund and treatment of unused package sessions must be confirmed in writing through the booking page, a confirmation email or another written communication. If these terms have not been confirmed, contact Tina before paying. This agreement itself does not authorize any charge. You may ask to pause or end services at any time. Fees paid and unused sessions will be handled under the terms confirmed in writing beforehand and applicable law.
6. Referrals and emergencies
If your needs fall outside the coach's competence or the scope of Coaching, the coach may suggest pausing and seeking support from a suitably qualified professional. A referral does not guarantee that a third party is available or that a particular outcome will occur. InnerMove does not provide immediate or 24-hour responses. In an emergency, contact local emergency services; do not wait for the coach to reply. Your consent will be obtained before your information is shared with a third party, except where disclosure is legally permitted or required.
7. Public reviews and use of content
Signing this agreement does not mean you agree to public use of your name, image, review or conversation content. Any public review, anonymized case or other use of content requires separate, express permission. Declining permission does not affect services.
8. Electronic signature and contact
You may read and download this agreement on this page and indicate your intent to sign by entering your name. After signing, you can download a copy containing the full terms, agreement version, signature time and record number. Electronic signing requires a device that can access this page and save a UTF-8 text file. You may contact tinayang@gse.harvard.edu to request a free electronic copy or arrange a paper signature, and you may choose not to use an electronic signature before signing. Withdrawing consent to future electronic records will not affect records already signed. Material changes to this agreement require renewed confirmation. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights you have under applicable law. For questions about services, privacy or this agreement, contact the email above.
