Scope

This page describes personal information handling in connection with the website, adult personal growth coaching, adult development training and experiential activities provided by Embodied Living LLC under the InnerMove brand. Service terms and conversation confidentiality, including its limits, are covered separately in the service agreement.

Information you provide

When contacting us, booking, signing an agreement, registering or submitting a review, you may provide your name, email, contact details, scheduling information, agreement details, goals and feedback. Please provide only what is needed and avoid sensitive health or identity documents in public reviews or general messages.

How information is used

This information is used to respond to inquiries, arrange and deliver agreed services, handle agreements, payments and receipts, organize activities and manage reviews. Submitting information does not itself authorize publication of your personal story.

Conversations, records & reviews

Confidentiality of conversations and service records, including legal and safety-related exceptions, is governed by your signed service agreement. Service records are retained for five years under that agreement. Approved public reviews may appear on the website; please check the content and attribution you wish to make public before submitting. Review moderation and permission to publish are separate matters.

Third-party services

Hosting, sign-in, scheduling, communications and payments may involve third-party services. Our calendar link points to Acuity and our social link to Instagram. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit or submit information through those platforms. You may ask which platforms will be used for a particular service before providing information.

Website technology & security

The website uses browser local storage to remember the homepage language preference. Sign-in and core functionality may also involve necessary technical storage. Hosting and sign-in services may process access, device and security information. Browser settings let you manage local storage; clearing it may reset preferences or sign-in state. Internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices & requests

To request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, withdraw relevant consent or request a change to a published review, contact Tina at the email below and identify the service or submission concerned. Identity verification may be needed. Applicable law or necessary record-retention obligations may limit deletion. Please do not send identity documents or other sensitive information through ordinary email.

Audience, updates & contact

This page covers adult services. Parent–child activities or minors’ information require separate information within registration and service arrangements. Online services and third-party platforms may involve processing across regions; contact us before submitting information if you have questions. Updates will be dated on this page.
